Care Instructions 

How to take care of your rug:

• Vacuum lightly once a week.

• Give it a good shake outdoors occasionally to get rid of fluff.

• Machine washable at home (140x200cm and 160x230cm size rug). For bigger sizes we advise using your local laundromat or a professional rug cleaner.

• Wash on low cold cycle, flat dry or low tumble dry.

• Treat tough stains with a damp cloth. Do NOT use chemicals to treat stains.

However, we are more than happy to assist you with exchanges or provide store credit (return shipping cost to our HQ in Brisbane are covered by you).
